What we receive
When you send a request by email: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your dates and your message. On WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send.
Why
To reply to you and arrange your stay. Nothing else: no newsletter, no selling your data, no advertising.
How long
Requests that don’t lead to a stay are deleted after twelve months. Those that do are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party services. The fonts and the map are served by the site itself.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to achille.kentros@gmail.com. You can also contact the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or the authority in your own country.
